I love how small and insignificant I feel there. I like knowing that my presence there is hardly even registered in the grand scheme of time. I will miss seeing it every year.
It never ceases to amaze me and I have been going to the Grand Canyon almost every year for the last 23 years of my life. The only year I didn’t go was the year I spent in Italy.
