Happy Autumn Equinox! Today we will be out celebrating the change of the season with a walk and picnic. Here are a collection of autumn links to help you celebrate the change of seasons!
- A little history to learn
- Poems to inspire
- Crafts to bring color
- Baking to fill your bellies with warmth
- A little activity to get you out side on this fine day
- Some songs to sing
Have a wonderful day, and please leave a note below telling me what you did, ate, crafted whatever you like!

This is so awesome! Thanks for sharing
.
Your very welcome!
Thanks for the links KC! We hit the market, went for a little hike, did some baking, fall crafting and finished the day with a little campfire, it was perfect! Hope you enjoyed the first day of fall.
Love the fall wreath craft. Funnily enough I did some watercolour last week, cut out little triangles and sewed up a little bunting. May have to try the wreath, it looks great!
The bunting sounds like a great way to use up the scraps from the leaf cuttings. I’m so glad you guys had a great time. I was looking at the maps and Massachusetts is not very far from Toronto! We could always make a weekend meet up visit!
Happy Autumnal Equinox to you too!
Haven’t done any letterboxing in years, but Fall is such a fun time for it.
I’ve been wanting to try it but it hasn’t cooled down enough for us to go out at a safe time. Come October I think we will really venture out and do it on a weekly basis.
